What is Anodized Plating Technology?

The aluminum products which have formed the oxide film are moved into the dust-free and enclosed indoor processing environment through the conveyor belt, and the nano aluminum silver metal paint is strongly adsorbed in the pores of the porous layer oxide film through electrostatic adsorption, which finally forms a high strength wear-resistant and weather-resistant high-performance nano aluminum silver metal protective film layer.

The principle of this technology is based on the properties of anodizing film, such as strong adsorption. The color and thickness of the nano aluminum silver metal protective layer can be adjusted by electrostatic current size, temperature, humidity and adsorption time, etc. By changing these factors, different thickness and color of the metal protective film layer is formed.
